Sweet Little Rookies Part ll

When Couch Kurtis, (just the nicest man), asked me to do a session of these little baseball players, I was beyond excited. The organization he puts his heart purely & appreciation into. The fundamentals, the focus, and more importantly the great fun these kids walk away with, it is evident why Little Rookies is what it is... an extraordinary experience for these little ones.
For about an hour you step into baseball culture.

it still amazes me.

Trinity Bliss becomes one more

It was one of those rare days that the cool coast was more reminiscent of a dessert than a beach.
With the weather not quite on our side that day, I went home not really at all certain of what I was able to capture.
Yet... their is something so certain about a life soon to be brought into the world and a mother who radiates the glow and true beauty of it and a big brother so elated yet seemingly stoic to soon welcome a baby sister.  Having done a session for them before, each time it is so evident how tangible the love between this family is. What an honor it is to see it unfold.

Fall Renewal

What a time of rejuvenation, renewal and true beauty... fall (Although, with this interesting warm and cool weather we are having, may be a challenge to really feel it).  As we enjoy's the birth of these Painted Ladies, what a reminder it is, now that the kids are back in school, the air is changing, the color more crisp, it is a time to reflect and renew as parents too.
Enjoy the view and take in each lovely moment.
(Every so often we see these Painted Ladies as they come back to visit our garden. So thoughtful of them as they were released from their habitat weeks ago).
